One Month Introductory Program
This program focuses on the foundations of Traditional Martial Arts as well as an introduction to all 8 Martial Arts, meditation, and several self defense techniques. This training is ideal for individuals interested in experiencing the benefits of Traditional Moo Doe (martial arts) training while learning how the movements can be utilized as part of a long term strategy for overall well-being.
This introductory program includes two private lessons, an introduction to Traditional Moo Doe handbook, a uniform, and unlimited group lessons for one month. Classes are ongoing, you can sign up at any time.
